The film is about the wonderful troupe of Boston Ballet.

The author filmed an inside view of Boston Ballet rehearsals for the performance of “The Lady of the Camellias”. Three couples of lead performers rehearsed at the studio and on stage. This is a glance from within. The main distinction of the film is all new music material used. Originally made on Chopin’s music, the ballet in the film is transformed into other music reality; it is paired with the Concerto in C-moll by Dmitri Shostakovich. The author considered this replacement and this correlation as more dramaturgical.
